Session Fee and Medicare Rebates

The fee for a 50-minute session is $270, payable on the day of your appointment.

From 1 July 2026, the fee for a 50-minute session will increase to $280.

Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan (EDTP) are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $145.25. After the rebate, the out-of-pocket cost is $124.75. Based on previous years, the Medicare rebate is expected to increase from 1 July 2026; however, the updated rebate amount has not yet been confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee please provide at least 24 hours’ notice during business hours for any appointment changes. For instance, if you have an appointment scheduled for Monday at 1pm, you must cancel by the previous Friday at 1pm or earlier.

Please note that a late cancellation or a no-show will incur the full appointment fee of $270. Additionally, the Medicare rebate does not apply to missed appointments.
